WHO LOVES YOU BABY

It's that time of year again when things begin to brighten up. Already you can see a stretch in the evenings. It's almost St Valentines Day.
With this in mind the Navan Writers' Group are holding a Short Story and Poetry creative writing Competition.
THE THEME FOR THE COMPETITION IS: " LOVE LOST, LOVE FOUND ".
Finals of the competition will be held at NAVAN LIBRART, RAILWAY STREET ON
February 10th. 2011 at 7pm.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE COMPETITION

THE SHORT STORY MUST BE NO MORE THAN 3000 WORDS.
SHORT STORY WILL BE JUDGED BY MEMBERS OF THE WRITERS' GROUP AND AN OUTSIDE ADJUDICATOR.  Judges decision final.

THE POETRY WINNER WILL BE CHOSEN ON THE NIGHT, FEBRUARY 10 BY THE AUDIENCE.
ALL short listed entrants will be contacted before the final.

Closing date for entries 7 February.
Entry fee €5 postal order made payable please to, Navan Writers' Group ( TO BE ENCLOSED WITH ENTRY )
One entry per person, but entrants may enter Poetry and Short Story Competition ( €5 postal order WILL SUFICE FOR BOTH ENTRIES )
All entries MUST BE CLEARLY MARKED PLEASE AND SENT TO: SHORT STORY AND POETRY COMPETITION, Navan Writers' Group, care of Meath County Library. Railway Street, Navan.

Meal for two courtesy of, Poseidon, Greek and Mediterranean Restaurant. Trimgate Street, Navan.

Special prize, courtesy of Navan Writers' Group, for the most original entry from a newcomer to the art of creative writing.
